Brand & Partners, KBK Accounting and RACE form an integrated business advisory platform for companies entering, operating and expanding in the Russian market.

Our platform combines legal, tax, accounting, compliance, distribution and market-entry expertise. Brand & Partners provides legal and tax support, KBK Accounting handles accounting, bookkeeping and reporting, while RACE supports clients with certification, logistics, customs duties, distribution and operational market-entry matters.

The group is led by Thomas Brand, attorney at law and managing partner of Brand & Partners. Together, our attorneys, lawyers, tax consultants, accountants and business development specialists work under a full-service concept, allowing clients to address legal, financial and operational issues through one coordinated team.
